Why? Because I woke up in the middle of the night and all I could think about was how to manage students who misbehave >.<" It was around 3.05am when I woke... and I tossed and turned on my bed, thinking of how to get students to hand in work, how to rearrange the class seating arrangement so that I can minimise the amount of talking during lesson etc. I couldn't get back to sleep... until about 3.45am, after I forced myself to not think about anything.
Scary.

teachers have a tough job to do, these few years. all the way from sec 1 til sec 3, they are the teachers' nightmare.
only the sec 4 look more mature/sensible this year, probably in readiness for Os. i'm confident they'd perform better than last year's cohort.
winston, have to learn to relax. take it in stride. those can be done, do. those can't be done, have to let go. other areas try and strengthen, so your job won't be in jeopardy.
and, bad news. it won't get any better down the road, if you have a chance to see the current pri sch kids.
Now I never want to be a teacher. Lalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalalala.
Take it easy, Winston! Try to sleep, you look so much thinner.
