A costly trip to the doctor's

In preparation for the trip to Cambodia, I went down to the doctor's yesterday evening to get the necessary immunisations.

At a total cost of SGD100, I got for myself three injections... tetanus, typhoid and flu, as well as malaria pills that will have to be taken for 1.5 months, one tablet per week. >.<"

There should really be subsidies for money spent prior to school-related trips... :P

Now my arms are aching from the injections. Zzz

i think you can get the shots for less at polyclinics. Some hospitals offer a "package" or something similar too. As a civil servant, dont u get subsidies or something like that?

Hi there, well, it should definitely be cheaper and even free if I were to do it at a polyclinic, but given the operating hours of the polyclinic and my working hours, it is virtually impossible to get it done there =]
