EOY Marking...
Just finished close to 160 x 7 pages of marking for Sec 1 Science... not to mention tallying of all the marks.
Later in the day, another close to 160 x 8 questions worth of marking for Sec 2 Maths. My aim... to finish marking all the Maths stuff by Thursday, so that my Friday can be used for keying in of marks, writing report, etc.
Shall go pack my stuff before I go play chess with Mr Zhou Gong...
The marking of the Science papers has confirmed the fact that I cannot really teach Lower Sec Science well :/ I want to teach Physics... at least I think I will fare better at teaching it :/

don't be discouraged.
sec 1 have a problem of listenin to instructions. they'd listen, and then run off to do their own things.
stick them to a discipline of learnin and followin, they'd do better.
as for sec 2, a talented bunch. but play too much. train them to focus. then you'd see things turn better. personally i have confidence with the sec2s...
be thankful you're not handlin upper sec. they're a big headache this year. 8) won't talk about them now.
