Late nights, late afternoons

I slept "early" this morning... at about 7am. Was chatting with Elaine on some relationship stuff involving A, B and C. Quite a few hypothetical questions asked. Not much of a conclusion in the end, perhaps a clearer view ba.

Was notified of a bug with the FLASHbox display by one of my supposed helpers. It was a bug introduced with the new Javascript code. Wonder why no one else brought it up... it's almost two weeks since I changed the code lo... Hmmm. Stupid Internet Explorer... give me so many problems, first the cookie one, now this.

It wasn't a problem with the FLASHbox code, just the display page. Dunno why the transparency didn't work for Internet Explorer anymore. Anyway, just had to set the background colour of the pages to "transparent" for Internet Explorer. The troublesome thing was that it will make the pages appear weird with Firefox. In the end, had to write an "if-else" code so that the pages will behave correctly when displayed in the different browsers.

Dinner at Dawson's Place. I tried the 生面... quite nice. Can try again next time :P Did some grocery shopping at NTUC FairPrice... ehz, spent almost SGD35 buying "有的没的". Yea... I doubt the titbits will last long lo. Hmmm :/

Ok... realised that adding one line in the CSS corrects the problem of transparency in IE.
I left out that line when I created new pages in response to the switch to Javascript code.
Ah well, should be more careful when debugging next time.
