ICT 2005 Day 3
Woke up very early in the morning... about 5.15am. Drew arms, then breakfast.
Got ready and waited for the bus to come and fetch us to the range. It was a confirmation shoot for the day zeroing yesterday. Day shoot involved firing 3 magazines of 4 rounds each, all at 100m. I was firing M16 using my M203. 4/4 for figure 11 foxhole supported, 4/4 for figure 12 prone supported and 3/4 for figure 15 prone without support. A total of 11 out of 12.
The afternoon was spent at Nee Soon Camp IMT. I managed to get a grouping size of 4.1cm during zeroing. Rather small I guess... Missed one shot in total. IMT was relatively easier compared to live shoot lo.
Night shoot was horrible... 0/8... the first time in my whole army life... a big fat zero for night shoot. Use LAD also didn't hit my target. I went for a reshoot, got IA, then didn't managed to find out why I got zero also. I only knew that I was aiming too high ba. I have this feeling that my LAD has a problem :/ Oh well...
It was past midnight before I had the chance to sleep.
